American singer-songwriter Alexandra Savior has announced a headline performance at The Academy in Dublin on 16 July 2026.
The show follows the release of her third album, Beneath The Lilypad, and is part of her latest live schedule. Doors will open at 7pm, with the event restricted to those aged 18 and over.
Tickets, priced from €26.90 including booking and venue fees, will go on sale through Ticketmaster Ireland at 10am on 5 June 2026.
Beneath The Lilypad is a collection of 11 songs written over the past five years. The album was developed during the pandemic with producer and partner Drew Erickson and explores themes including identity, relationships and mental health.
Savior said the album was created during a period when she was reassessing both her personal life and artistic direction. Reflecting on the songwriting process, she said she focused less on how the music might be received and more on creating work that felt true to her own vision.
Born in Oregon, Savior began singing while still at school. Influenced by artists including Nina Simone, Billie Holiday, The Velvet Underground, Violent Femmes and Tom Petty, she started sharing performances online as a teenager before attracting industry attention and signing a recording deal.
Her debut album, Belladonna of Sadness, was released in 2017, followed by The Archer in 2020. After those releases, she said she experienced a period of uncertainty that later shaped the writing of her new material.
The album includes tracks such as Unforgivable, The Mothership, Goodbye Old Friend, All of the Girls and Let Me Out.
Speaking about the album’s themes, Savior said she did not want the record to present a simple journey from difficulty to recovery. Instead, she aimed to reflect the changing nature of life and personal growth.
The Dublin concert will give fans an opportunity to hear material from Beneath The Lilypad alongside songs from her earlier releases.
Tickets go on sale at 10am on Friday, 5 June 2026.
