Brooke Releases Music Video For “Enough”

At the end of September, Ireland’s Eurovision 2022 representative Brooke Scullion dropped her debut EP, Chaotic Heart, following up her fantastically vigorous Eurovision entry tune, “That’s Rich”, as well as subsequent extremely enthralling tunes “Tongues”  and “Heartbreaker”, which dropped to stream and download in late May and August, respectively.

Now, just two weeks after the arrival of inaugural compilation from Brooke, who originally caught the public’s attention when she competed and became a finalist in The Voice UK two years ago and has subsequently accumulated millions of streams of her music online as well as acclaim and attention from the likes of BBC Introducing and numerous Spotify editorial playlists including New Music Friday, Global Viral Charts and New Pop UK Playlists, the exceedingly talented singer/songwriter has unveiled a brand new music video her the fifth and final track on Chaotic Heart, “Enough”.

Brooke is quoted as saying in the description below the video on YouTube, “‘Enough’ is a reflective song – it’s inspired by reviewing the relationships in life. Relationships between family and friends to romance – it’s self-deprecating and comes from moments of doubt, when we ask ourselves, ‘Am I enough?’, which everyone can relate to. Writing it was a cathartic experience, I cried my eyes out when I heard it back. The whole EP [Chaotic Heart] is inspired by relationships and love, its complexities and how they continuously evolve and can be chaotic – hence the title, Chaotic Heart. I’m so excited to release the EP as ‘chapter one’ in my musical career. Releasing it at the end of one of the best years of my life is a celebration and I hope it gets people excited for what’s to come.”

The new music video features a superbly passionate performance by Brooke, and as for the song it showcases, “Enough” is a mesmerizingly melodious and massively moving composition that, just like the other four tracks on Chaotic Heart, consists of an irresistibly engrossing combination of awesomely zestful and tremendously melodic singing and immensely mellifluous and enormously absorbing music that is guaranteed to attract a vast and varied listenership, and, as has been the case with all of Brooke’s material to date, it’s sure to elevate its artist further up the ladder to super stardom, and as usual deservedly so, because, as I’ve said before and will no doubt say again, she definitely has the talent that it takes to make it to the top.

“Enough” is also available to stream on Spotify and download, along with the rest of Chaotic Heart, now.
